Vendor Application 2026

We hereby apply for and authorize NLBRA to reserve exhibit space on our behalf at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City, OK during the National Little Britches Finals Rodeo. We agree to exhibit or sell only the items referred to below or our vendor privileges may be revoked.

Oklahoma Sales Tax Permit: All vendors must provide their Oklahoma Sales Tax permit or indicate “mail post event.” If not provided, state law requires you to remit your sales tax to the OK Tax Commission 15 days post event. Terms and Conditions: Vendors must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions acknowledging required insurance coverage.

Deadlines:
  • April 15, 2023: Application & 50% deposit.
  • May 15, 2023: Balance of booth space.
  • Vendors may submit payment either via PayPal or by mailing a check to the NLBRA office.
PayPal:
  • A 2.9% processing fee will be applied to all PayPal payments. If you choose this payment method, please include the processing fee when submitting your payment.

Check:
  • Checks should be made payable to National Little Britches Rodeo Association. Please note that you are a vendor either on the check memo line or within the mailing.

Quick things to remember that are required by vendors, if you can not comply with these please do not fill out an application.
  • Silent auction item donation valued at a minimum of $100 wholesale, to be turned in at time of check-in.
  • Move in is Friday, June 26th 8:00 am through Saturday, June 27th at 4:00 pm

  2. Row Space: A standard space in a vendor row
  • Please also indicate your preferred booth size (e.g., 10x10, 10x20, etc.) and your preferred booth location from the available options.
Note: Sponsors and returning vendors will be given priority in booth assignment. If your preferred space is not available, you will be assigned to the alternate option (either a row space or an aisle space).”

The undersigned understands and agrees that a vending space is not confirmed until a completed Trade Show Application and deposit is received by NLBRA. If you are not charged or contacted your application was not accepted or recieved. Also, agrees to the Terms and Conditions of this contract and shall observe and abide by any additional regulations that are communicated for the safety and betterment of the event.
