Please Note: The rulebook bylaws state membership in this association shall be open to all persons of good character. By signing up and making payment for membership, it should be known that there are conduct and behavior expectations. At any time, should a member have contact with law enforcement, the member can be reviewed for suspension and or loss of membership based on their conduct. Additionally, should at any time, a member be deemed to have inappropriate actions or behaviors, they may be denied entry into a rodeo, and / or reviewed for suspension.
