What is the difference between an APPROVED and PENDING rodeo?

>APPROVED status is given to a franchised rodeo when the NLBRA National Office has received all required paperwork and fees.

>PENDING status is given when the NLBRA National Office has not received all required paperwork and/or fees, but the rodeo is still scheduled and points earned at those rodeos will be posted as soon as all requirements by the local franchise are met.
